If you started the week already rushing, thinking ahead, or feeling pressure, your system is trying to keep up with old activation.

 

Try this quick practice

Hand-on-body check:

One hand on your chest.
One hand on your belly.
Notice which one moves more when you breathe.
Breathe into the one that barely moves.

Now try to bring your attention more to your belly if it isn't there already. Take some longer exhales.

It helps your body come back into the moment instead of running ahead.

Where can you slow down just a little bit?
