• Cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund

• Cancel more than 14 days before the retreat: 50% refund

• Cancel less than 14 days before the retreat: no refund

• Single room upgrades (+$200) follow the same schedule

• In extraordinary circumstances (illness, travel restrictions, natural disasters), we may offer a full or partial credit toward a future retreat
